Back to @neworielhall next week! I can’t wait! I am only running two classes - Monday at 9.15 for all abilities and Tuesday evening 6.00 Yoga For Hot Women. I wonder how many of you watched @davinamccall? I have been teaching yoga for the menopause for a couple of years now. How do I feel?
Excited, nervous, apprehensive, honoured! Such a mixed bag of emotions.... so this evening, I am grounding, sitting with my emotions, noticing, accepting. And really doing it - really noticing and really accepting.
