Yoga For Hot Women


These classes are friendly, welcoming and fun, providing women with a space to share their experience of the menopause. A gentle flow, suitable for all abilities, designed to help ladies going through the menopause. Focusing on calming the nervous system through breath and poses, helping to balance the hormones and relieve symptoms, such as anxiety, sleep, and hot flushes, whilst keeping the body strong and flexible.
