These classes are friendly, welcoming and fun, providing women with a space to share their experience of the menopause. A gentle flow, suitable for all abilities, designed to help ladies going through the menopause. Focusing on calming the nervous system through breath and poses, helping to balance the hormones and relieve symptoms, such as anxiety, sleep, and hot flushes, whilst keeping the body strong and flexible.
Classes for pre and early teens. Tween yoga is great fun, and also lays the foundation for self care that can be used throughout life. We hold a safe space for young people to share and grow in confidence using mindfulness, breath, poses, partner poses and some acro yoga.
For the whole family with children aged 4-11 (a guide, not a rule!) A time to unite, share, laugh and move with your little ones.
A great way to spend quality time together, for children, parents, grandparents and carers. Family yoga is fun: using stories, music, mindfulness and games to discover new connections and deepen bonds.
Emma loves nature and being outdoors, Weather permitting, park yoga will run from the end of April 2020.
Private sessions for adults and children, who for a variety of reasons prefer to practice alone. Emma teaches a 1:1 class in your own home environment, concentrating on individual needs, both physically and emotionally, increasing a sense of well being.
