Yoga for Hot Women

Having trained in Hormone Therapy Yoga Emma has developed a yoga practice which helps to relieve menopausal symptoms. These classes are friendly, welcoming and fun, providing women with a space to share their experience of the menopause.

A gentle flow, suitable for all abilities, designed for women during their second spring. Focusing on calming the nervous system through breath and poses, helping to balance the hormones and relieve symptoms, such as anxiety, sleep problems, and hot flushes, whilst keeping the body strong and flexible.

Emma makes sure your posture is correct whilst stretching and uses meditation with soothing background music at the end of the session which really makes you feel fully relaxed.
