One to One Yoga

Private sessions for adults and children, who for a variety of reasons prefer to practice alone. Emma teaches a 1:1 class in your own home environment, concentrating on individual needs, both physically and emotionally, increasing a sense of well being. These are ideal for a confidence boost, for those who may find life more challenging due to health reason or people who prefer to have a more individual session. A great bond and trust develops over just a few sessions, enabling the practice to deepen.
